Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days (depending on destination).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within India. International shipping is available to select countries. Some items may not be eligible for delivery due to legal or carrier restrictions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

We partner with reliable carriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

6. Delays & Responsibility

MYRA ENTERPRISES is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or strikes.
  • Customs processing for international shipments.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some items (e.g., hazardous materials, oversized products, or restricted goods) may not be eligible for delivery to all locations. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust such orders.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and items at support@myraenterprises.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution (refund or replacement as applicable).
